This patent covers AI-designed peptide agonists of the melanocortin-4 receptor (MC4R) for the treatment of obesity, designed to have reduced side effects due to improved receptor selectivity. The peptides were developed through a collaboration between ProteinQure and Flagship Pioneering Medicines.
